The Ready program is aimed at 9th graders who have not yet decided in which area they want to further their knowledge in secondary school.
We work with young people in this transition phase, facilitating experiences within the framework of group dynamics (exercises, games), and also adopting an individualised approach through the application of psychotechnical, vocational, personality and coaching tests.
The READY programme promotes self-awareness, motivation and academic success.

The team.
The team that works with the studens has extensive corporate experience in different sectors, companies and countries; as well as experience in higher education and admission processes; and in the practice of clinical psychology with children, adolescents and adults. With all these experiences, we are able to guide young people in different dimensions, including identifying their vocation, the professions in which they can be most successful and happy, and the academic choices they should make at each moment.

FAQs
-
This programme is aimed at young people who are in the 8th and 9th grade, and want to decide what area they should study in secondary school, keeping in mind the profession they might have and what academic path to follow.
-
The programme is designed to help young people make better decisions throughout their lives, through a process of self-knowledge that allows them to better understand who they are, what their talents are and their vocation.
At the end of the programme they will know which area of secondary school they want to pursue and the subjects they should choose, so that they can apply for the university courses they have identified. In addition, they will have developed the ability to make decisions based on who they really are.
-
This programme is different both because of the methodology used and the team that developed it.
The methodology combines the benefits of group work with a 100% personalised approach. In the group component we develop various dynamics and challenges that allow young people to get to know each other better and understand the impact they have on others. In the individual component we reflect on the results of the tests and dynamics that took place in the group sessions and explore other dimensions that allow young people to identify the right academic path for them.
The team is composed by Débora Martins, psychologist, Anabela Possidónio, Coach, and Marta Andaluz, education consultant. This team brings together a wide corporate experience in different sectors, companies, and countries, the experience of the university world and respective admission processes and psychology.
With all these experiences we are able to accompany your children in different dimensions, including the identification of their vocation, the professions in which they can be more successful and happier, and the academic choices they should make at each moment.

Yes. The programme includes various tests including vocational, personality, values and psychometric tests.
-
In the group sessions we develop various dynamics that allow young people to get to know themselves better, both through themselves and through the eyes of others.
We also foster the development of skills considered critical in the 21st century: empathy, tolerance, active listening, critical thinking, creativity and teamwork skills.
In these sessions, we also discuss how the world will evolve, the sustainable development goals and the impact on professions.
The group sessions are very dynamic and invite young people to reflect and debate, motivating them to integrate different dimensions in their decision-making process.
-
The individual sessions allow us to detail some of the information we gathered during the group sessions, as well as exploring dimensions that will have an impact on the young people's choice of field they decide to study.
During these sessions we also explore potential courses and professions, clarify any doubts they may have and help them in the process of choosing subjects throughout secondary school.
The one-to-one sessions are also an opportunity for us to help them unlock some issues, as well as consider options they hadn't considered before.
-
The program lasts an average of 12 hours and 30 minutes, divided into 4 sessions.

The program consists of 1 online testing session, 1 face-to-face group session, and 2 individual online sessions.
In the last session, the report is delivered, and it is important that the parents are present in the second half of the session.

The schedules for group sessions are fixed and available on the website. At the moment, we have workshops mostly on Saturdays, between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, but you should check the schedule of the edition of the course you are applying for.

Each group has a maximum of 12 young people.
This number allows us to have richer dynamics and greater sharing in the group sessions, without compromising personalisation. -
No. The group sessions must always be done with the same group, since the way the sessions are constructed presupposes that relationships of trust and knowledge are developed between its members.
