Our vocational exploration programmes for young people focus on the concept of ikigai. This is a Japanese word meaning 'reason for living'. We believe that when we live lives with purpose, we are more fulfilled and happier.
The goal that drives us is to help you find your vocation, and the first step on that journey is to look inwards and get to know yourself better. We create highly participative programmes, which aim to guide you through the decision-making process without conditioning you. We facilitate group experiences (exercises, games), and we also adopt an individualised approach by applying psychotechnical, vocational, personality and coaching tests.

3rd cycle students
Ready.
At the end 9th grade you have to make your first big decision. What you want to be when you grow up?
The Ready program is designed to increase your self-knowledge while introducing you to the professions of the future. What are your strengths? What are you passionate about? Discover yourself in a fun and interactive environment.
High School Students
Jump.
When you think of your life after 12th grade all you can imagine is a big leap into the void?
With the Jump programme you will deepen your understanding of yourself, as well as the academic offer that best fits your interests and skills.
Higher Education Students
Dive.
Now that you are finishing your degree, do you already know what you will study next? What do you want to do a Master's degree in? And where?
Dive is a 100% personalized program. We help you identify your next academic step outside Portugal, taking into account your strengths and interests. And we review the different elements of your application (cv, essays, motivation letter, etc).
Flip.
Do you feel you are not on the right track? Did you start a degree in an area you don't want to work in?
Sometimes, certain choices we make no longer make sense. That's part of it. But changing our course doesn't have to be a drama! The Flip program is designed to help you turn around and define your future based on what you're passionate about.
